Egglicious Burger dog
Ingredients:
½ lb ground beef – suggested 20% fat content
Pinch of cumin to taste
Salt and pepper to your taste
½ cup chopped onion
Pinch of parsley to your taste
Instruction:
• Spray the Egglicious cooking chamber with non-stick oil spray.
• Mix ingredients in a medium size bowl. Start by shaping the meatball in your hands, and then roll the ball into a tube shape.
• Insert the rolled burger into the cooking chamber, use the supplied packer and pack down the burger gently.
• Only fill half of the cooking chamber with the rolled burger, as juices from fat will fill some of the remaining space.
• It is suggested to insert wooden skewer half way through the burger for easy removal.
• Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes, and pour the product out.
Note: Cook 6 minutes for medium and pink inside, 7-8 minutes for well done.
